Led development of authentication logging application as part of departmental authentication infrastructure project. Designed a robust data model to support high-throughput logging application. Developed new administrative interfaces in Java-based administrative Web application. Worked with departmental and consultant DBAs to help architect, deploy, tune, and support high-availability authentication logger database using Oracle 10g Real Application Clusters (RAC).
Provide expertise in Oracle-based database programming and administration, and application development and integration to ITS Software Development and Support Team for support of ITS administrative processes.
Work with MySoft project team to deploy and support vendor-supplied resource management and workflow application for campus Telecommunications and Networking department. Serve as DBA for the Oracle back-end database.

Developed and maintained internal PHP-based Web application as front-end for Oracle sales database, and public PHP- and HTML-based Web pages providing detailed program information on dozens of software licensing programs to University community of 70,000 students, faculty and staff, as well as the University of Texas System and the public at large.

Developed and deployed relational database applications on the Web for departments at The University of Texas at Austin using ColdFusion along with backend Microsoft Access Databases.
Worked directly with UT departments to manage and develop custom web applications. Frequently used Skills including project management and personal interaction with clients, HTML and ColdFusion Markup Language (CFML) scripting, Java scripting for dynamic web pages, and significant SQL programming for database interaction.

Provided technical and customer support to students, faculty and staff of The University of Texas at Austin, as well as support for UT System employees. Assisted users of the university community with tasks ranging from internet access and use of web services to advanced network troubleshooting and assistance with administrative mainframe users.
Served as Shift-Manager, often supervising as many as 10 other support representatives and working in a position to make critical decisions in the absence of management.
Managed technical and customer support of TENET, the Texas Education Network, which provides e-mail service to Texas public educators. Role included customer interaction, email and web troubleshooting, and presentation of tracking statistics to department managers.
