- Led development of authentication logging application as part of departmental authentication infrastructure project. Designed a robust data model to support high-throughput logging application. Developed new administrative interfaces in Java-based administrative Web application. Worked with departmental and consultant DBAs to help architect, deploy, tune, and support high-availability authentication logger database using Oracle 10g Real Application Clusters (RAC).
- Provide expertise in Oracle-based database programming and administration, and application development and integration to ITS Software Development and Support Team for support of ITS administrative processes.
- Work with MySoft project team to deploy and support vendor-supplied resource management and workflow application for campus Telecommunications and Networking department. Serve as DBA for the Oracle back-end database.

- Provided maintenance and support of complex sales database residing in Oracle, including creation of reports, manipulation of existing data, and modification to extend existing data structures.
- Developed and maintained internal PHP-based Web application as front-end for Oracle sales database, and public PHP- and HTML-based Web pages providing detailed program information on dozens of software licensing programs to University community of 70,000 students, faculty and staff, as well as the University of Texas System and the public at large.
